About us

Sarah Snape is an APECS-accredited coach and facilitator specialising in leadership development at CEO and senior executive level. After more than 20 years of business experience at board level and as a company owner, Sarah now runs a coaching consultancy with the primary aim of giving her clients time, attention and a space to think, creating a learning environment in which leaders and future leaders can develop their awareness of themselves and others, embrace change, optimise their performance and meet their commercial goals.

 

Sarah believes that everyone can achieve positive change. Her empathetic and insightful results-oriented approach, together with her clear focus on real and current challenges, helps her clients to liberate their talent and capability so they can create dynamic and sustainable solutions to the challenges they face.

Amazon Business Consulting was founded in 2008 by Sarah Snape.

Sarah has a Masters degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School/University of Reading and is an associate coach on Henley's Executive Education Programme.

All our accredited coaches are highly qualified in coaching and behavioural change (most to second degree level) and are in regular supervision. We all have many years of coaching and facilitation experience and extensive leadership and management experience.  We can offer a wide range of individually customized programmes and licensed services, including profiling.
